the room was clean. this met my expectations.

I found the heating didn't work. i asked a staff member to fix it, but nothing happened despite the temperature being -4 degrees outside. the shower also had issues. It kept switching between hot and cold water, annoying.

The room was lovely and clean. I really liked that. the breakfast was amazing and the staff were friendly. rooms were quiet, so i slept well.

The room was cold. I turned the heating up to full but it made little difference. my partner and i were really uncomfortable. we couldn't wait to go home to our warm house!

the location was very central.

i found a few things disappointing, though. the room had a noticeable smell upon entry, it went away after a few minutes. also, the room cleanliness could have been better. there were just small things missed during cleaning.
